Once the work has been completed, we do not accept refunds as the work is specific to each business. If you contact us before the work has started, a refund may be issued. Should we have started the work, a partial refund may be issued.

This service will be delivered electronically to the provided email, no physical product is provided.

This is a digital service provided to you. The templates are created for you to use in Canva, and you alone are responsible for the access needed to the program in order to use the templates as designed. We reserve up to 72 hours for completion and may reach out to you for further information. Note that we do not take responsibility for any misunderstanding or incorrect emails provided for the product delivery.  3 Revisions are included in the price. If more are needed, an additional charge may be added.
